Downstem

Traditional glassblowing technique where pure silver is vaporized onto hot glass, creating soft, smoky tones with natural depth and movement.

Silver fume reacts beautifully to its environment. On a light background, it appears pale and ethereal. Against darker tones, the colors deepen and shift, revealing richer silvers, warm ambers and subtle hints of blue.

With use and exposure to heat, the colors continue to evolve over time. Each piece changes in its own way, making every silver fumed piece truly one of a kind.
