🌙 What’s your return / warranty policy?

All sales are final.
We do not accept returns or exchanges.

If your item breaks within 5 days of delivery, we will send you a replacement.

please email us at shophocussmokus@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos of the damage.

If your item broke during shipping, please also add a photo of the package itself 💜


Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. Please review your shipping information carefully before submitting your order.

Hocus Smokus is not responsible for packages that are delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. Once an order has been shipped, we are unable to change the delivery address.

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping costs required to resend the order.

If tracking shows a package as delivered to the address provided on the order, Hocus Smokus cannot be held responsible for lost or misplaced packages resulting from an incorrect address entered at checkout.


🔮 Do you ship internationally?

Yes! Hocus Smokus ships worldwide. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location. 

✈️ Please note:
If you're ordering internationally, your country may charge customs fees or import duties. These are not included in your order total and are the responsibility of the buyer. We have no control over customs processing times or charges - we wish we had a spell for that!

📦 How long will it take to receive my order?

Orders ship out within 2–5 business days.

  • U.S. orders: 3–7 business days.

  • International orders: 7–21 business days (depending on customs + carrier)

🧚 Are your products handmade?

Many of our pieces are custom designed or handmade by artists we collaborate with. Everything is curated with intention to match the Hocus Smokus vibe.

All Hocus Smokus items are for legal use only. By shopping with us, you confirm you are 21+ and complying with your local laws.
