Orders are processed within 2–5 business days (Monday–Friday). During new drops, holidays, or sales, processing times may be slightly longer — we appreciate your patience!
🚚 Shipping Timeframes

U.S. orders: 3–7 business days

International orders: 7–21 business days (depending on location, customs, and carrier delays)
Shipping time does not include processing time.
🌍 International Shipping & Customs
We ship worldwide! However, customs, import duties, or taxes may apply depending on your country’s regulations.
These fees are not included in your order and are the responsibility of the buyer. We have no control over customs delays or charges.
If you refuse to pay customs fees and the package is returned to us, we are not responsible for refunding your order.
📫 Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses
Please double-check your shipping info before placing an order.

Packages lost or delayed due to incorrect shipping addresses

Reshipping fees due to returned or undeliverable mail
If your order hasn't shipped yet and you notice an error, email us ASAP and we’ll do our best to fix it in time.
💔 Lost or Stolen Packages
Once an order is marked “delivered” by the carrier, we are no longer responsible.
We recommend shipping to a secure address and tracking your package. If you believe your package was stolen, please contact the carrier directly or file a police report.
🧚 Damaged Orders
If your item arrives broken or damaged, please contact us at shophocussmokus@gmail.com within 3 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. We’ll do our best to replace or refund it!
