1. Overview

This website is operated by Hocus Smokus. Throughout the site, the terms “we,” “us” and “our” refer to Hocus Smokus. By visiting our site and/or purchasing something from us, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.

2. Product Use & Legal Disclaimer

All smoking accessories sold on this site are intended for legal use only. By purchasing, you confirm that you are 21 years of age or older and complying with all local laws and regulations in your area.

We are not responsible for misuse or unlawful use of any product purchased from this site.

3. Payment & Billing Information

We accept major credit cards, Shop Pay, and other secure payment methods offered at checkout.

Please ensure that all billing and shipping information is entered accurately.
Hocus Smokus is not responsible for packages lost, delayed, or undelivered due to incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided by the customer.

If you enter the wrong address and the order ships, you will be responsible for any costs to reship or replace the package.

We also reserve the right to cancel any order flagged as high risk by Shopify’s fraud detection system.

4. Shipping Policy

Orders are processed within 2–5 business days.
Shipping times vary by location.
We are not responsible for:

  • Lost or stolen packages once marked delivered

  • Delays caused by the carrier or customs

5. Customs & Import Taxes

International buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for customs delays, fees, or packages refused due to unpaid duties.

6. Returns & Refunds

All sales are final.
We do not offer returns or exchanges.
The only exception is if an item arrives damaged — in which case you must email us within 3 days of delivery with photos of the damage. We will either replace the item or issue a refund at our discretion.

7. Order Cancellation

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time, including orders flagged as high risk.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, logos, designs, product photography, and artwork on this site are the property of Hocus Smokus. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute them without written permission.
