🌙 What’s your return / warranty policy?

All sales are final.
We do not accept returns or exchanges.

If your item breaks within 5 days of delivery, we will send you a replacement.

please email us at shophocussmokus@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos of the damage.

If your item broke during shipping, please also add a photo of the package itself 💜



🔮 Do you ship internationally?

Yes! Hocus Smokus ships worldwide. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location. 

✈️ Please note:
If you're ordering internationally, your country may charge customs fees or import duties. These are not included in your order total and are the responsibility of the buyer. We have no control over customs processing times or charges — we wish we had a spell for that!


📦 How long will it take to receive my order?

Orders ship out within 2–5 business days.

  • U.S. orders: 3–7 business days.

  • International orders: 7–21 business days (depending on customs + carrier)


🧚 Are your products handmade?

Many of our pieces are custom-designed or handmade by artists we collaborate with. Some are ethically sourced from trusted suppliers. Everything is curated with intention to match the Hocus Smokus vibe.
